I was in Leeds playing at the ace Mystic Brew night a month or so ago and after the club had finished I ended up at the house of Leeds record dealer and all round nice guy Leigh Lerwill for a little soiree. I quickly noticed that the music being played on his stereo was loads of wicked 80′s boogie. It turned out that he had just done a new mix entitled ‘Breakdown Boogie’. Despite being a little worse for wear I managed to bag his permission to broadcast is on the Smugglers Inn – so expect to hear part 1 tonight. The second part will be aired in a few weeks.

P.S – Glastonbury
If anyone is off to Glastonbury this weekend I will be playing on Saturday night from 11pm-midnight in the Igloo Dance Tent in the Shangri La area with The Revenge, Dave Beer and the Futureboogie boys.
