On the 10th October 2009, I had the pleasure of playing at an ace warehouse party in my own home town of Nottingham which was organised by the Loveunlimited guys. The party was a massive success with the old Nash Carpet shop being amazingly decorated and covered with visuals – a suitably bohemian vibe ensued…
I was asked to play the final set from 3.30 until 5.30 in the upstairs room which had a crisp sounding Funktion One installed in it. I went on after Richard Norris and set about playing loads of house and techno and tried to take full advantage of the ace sound, people, surroundings and atmosphere.
It’s proper stomping house and techno and includes tracks by Move D, Juju and Jordash, Chateau Flight, Wah-Chu-Ku, Linkwood, Rick Wade, A Made Up Sound, See The Road, Pepe Bradock, Ibex, Chez Damier, I Cube, Lerosa, Spandex and many more…
