So after a few weeks of being available on vinyl, the latest Bergerac is now available in digital format from all good stockists including Juno, Beatport and Boomkat.

The response to the record has been great so I just want to say a massive thanks to everyone who’s played the tracks or written about it in the press. It all helps!

I am pleased to announce that the third release on Bergerac ‘If Only The Past’ is now available across Europe. It’s a 3 track EP of pretty banging bassy techno and wonky house and I think it’s a good progression from the first 2 releases. I also commissioned a video for the title track and it ended up being amazing!

Silke Eiselt’s original artwork from the Bergerac singles has been 3D modelled and brought to life by Bigtooth Media. The original illustrations are all of buildings of significance in my life such as my parents house and high school so to see them made into a ‘Bergerac village’ (see image above) was an amazing experience for me.

Massive thanks to Cam from Bigtooth and Silke for their amazing work on the visual side of things. Not much more to say apart from big thanks to everyone who’s supported the release so far.

Loftus Hall, Berlin March 9 (with Soulphiction)
I am really excited to be playing tonight with Soulphiction, the founder of Philpot Records at Loftus Hall in Berlin. I have been buying Philpot records since 2004 and Michel is a total legend, both as a DJ and a Producer. Loftus Hall is one of my favourite venues and we’re both going to play for at least 2.5 hours each so basically it’s gonna be hot. I am playing after Soulphiction from 5.30 – 8am but it’s scheduled to finish at 10am so who knows….

Delicious Doughnuts, Berlin March 15 (with Jazzanova)
Then next week I will be joining Alex Barck and Steffen Leisering from Jazzanova at the venue where their legendary collective first formed in 1997. Delicious Doughnuts is a warm and intimate club in Mitte and I am really honoured to be invited to play at the first of a series of Sonar Kollectiv nights planned there. I will be digging deep so expect to hear a very mixed bag.

I will be joining n s y d e records bossman Richard Zepezauer at Farbfernseher towards the end of the month for another one of his Mood Selectas Session. Farbs is one of my favourite small venues in Berlin and previous sessions have seen Mike Huckaby and Basic Soul Unit join Richard in a cross genre quest for sonic sanctuary (yeah I did just write that) so I am really looking forward to it.
